Managing Partner Jacob Goldsmith is the founder and principal of Goldwolf Ventures LLC. Jacob is responsible for the capital formation, acquisition and financial structure of equity placements in value-added assets throughout the United States. Prior to the formation of Goldwolf Ventures LLC, Jacob sourced and helped complete the acquisition of property valued at approximately $400 million consisting of roughly 8,000 apartment units, as well as 15 acres of raw land for development and 270,000 square feet of office space in the state of Texas. Principal and Director of Construction Greg Bruggeman is a principal and director of construction management. Greg is the founder and principal of Urban Flats Mutifamily with oversight of construction, capital expenditure budgeting, and property management of wholly owned assets. Greg has completed the acquisition and remodeling of over 700 units in the state of Texas. Greg comes from a real estate background and takes a hand on approach to every project. Director of Property Management Christopher Solarz is the director of property management for Urban Flats Multifamily and a member of the Austin Board of Realtors. He works closely with each respective on site manager to oversee lease renewals, rate increases, marketing strategies, and the eviction process when necessary. Striving to welcome and retain the best qualified residents, and to keep delinquency and evictions at an extreme low, Chris personally reviews each rental application. Chris takes pride in maintaining a positive rapport with all of the employees and contractors - encouraging autonomy while keeping his finger on the pulse of daily operations.
